Evaluation Cell at the SBK Women’s University performs the
duties related to examination and evaluation. In a short
span of two years after its inception it has developed itself
to deal all the matters regarding the internal examination
system.
Evaluation cell is associated with the duties like but not
limited to: conducting examinations, assessment of answer
sheets, processing examination results, preparing
transcripts and degrees, timely declaration of results,
preparing date sheets, calculation of GPA, communicating
results for the grant of Awards etc. The Faculty and
Students are also informed about the rules and regulations
regarding examinations. It also keeps record of the courses
taken by students. The exams are conducted every semester on
time and results are displayed on the notice boards.
Students can also view results on the official website
of the university as well download different forms related
to evaluation cell. One important duty of Evaluation Cell is
to evaluate performance of faculty. Students at the
end of each semester evaluate their faculty members. This
activity is meant to enhance the quality of teaching, which
ultimately benefit the students and raises the standard of
education.
