Mr. Shaifque Ahmed Khan
on the
Occasion of Third Academic Convocation 2008 of the SBKWU |

I am delighted to learn that the Sardar Bahadur
Khan Women’s University is holding its Third
Academic Convocation. Education and progress are
closely related endeavors. The secrets of
success of the developed nations lie only in
their educational system, specially the quality
of higher education. To realize the dream of
prosperous and developed Pakistan we have no
other alternative but to shake off the slumber
of ignorance and to spread knowledge in every
nook and corner of the country. |

The SBKW University is on the forefront of the efforts
made by the Federal and Provincial Governments to
educate the women of Balochistan. The university is
imparting quality education with in the social and
cultural norms of tribal society of Balochistan. |

|
Holding of the Third Convocation shows the commitment
and dedicated efforts of the Vice Chancellor and her
team. I hope that the graduating young women would make
their presence felt in the development of Balochistan as
well as in the prosperity of the nation. I heartily
congratulate the students who are being awarded with the
well deserved degrees, the Vice Chancellor and her team
on this auspicious accession. |
