women's University Campus Child Center is a necessary service
offered within the Student Life division. Therefore, the mission of
the Center concurs with the mission of Student Life, which is to
contribute to an institutional climate conducive to student
development. It also provides equal educational opportunity for all
persons. The mission of the Campus Child Center is to serve the
needs of the University community, which includes students, staff,
faculty, alumni, and their children of diverse backgrounds
Service hours are from
7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Children served are from ages six months to 12
Call the Center and
make and appointment. At that time, parents must complete:
A Child's Health
Assessment must be on file by the first date of attendance. The
Center must be able to reach at least one parent or designated
emergency person at all times. The child will be released to the
following persons only:
The name on the sign-up sheet
Names on the registration form
A person who has been designated by the
parent in a phone call to the Director.
person who is unknown to the staff must have picture identification.
Because of staff changes, it may be necessary to produce
identification each time.
