At the beginning the university did not have its own transport. Two buses were hired on rent to provide pick and drop facility to the students. After three months of the establishment of the university five buses and six vehicles were purchased. Adequate transport facility is provided to all the students and university community..

 Student buses are available to ensure frequent communication with Quetta city. Teachers residing outside the campus can avail regular transport facilities to and from the campus

Rs. 400 per month are charged from the students. 269 students are availing this facility. A Transport Officer is in charge of this section, he is helped by an assistant and a clerk. Eleven drivers and five conductors are also working in the Transport Section. Average POL cost per month is Rs. 180000 and revenue generated per month form fee collection is Rs. 130000.

Due to increasing number of students and staff current fleet of vehicles is falling short of requirements. Two mini buses are being used in two shifts for pick and drop of the students
