program is F.Sc (pre medical) or A level

All applications are evaluated on the
basis of merit as determined by the applicant's previous
academic record and performance in the Admission Test.
Admission Test
All candidates are required to sit for
an entrance examination of three hours duration that covers
FSc-level Zoology/Biology and English.
Objective and Outcomes
To Import knowledge
about the major disciplines of Zoology .it will enable students
to understand the principles of organization and
inter-relationship in the biosocial system particular references
to animal diversity
To teach different
methods of exploration, investigation, organization of data and
its utilization in practical life.
To train students
for advanced studies and specialization on recently emerging
technological and and multidisciplinary fields such as Genetic
Engineering, Biodiversity ,Environmental Sciences, Wildlife and
conservation, fisheries and aquaculture, pests and pest
management ,biotechnology ,industry etc. After completing the
degree students will be able to apply their knowledge to their
respective fields effectively.

animal resources, environment ,health, agriculture and
population in the country.
