To build a sound human resource base for the nation through quality education to meet the challenge s of ever shrinking world, and to work for continuous learning, adaptation and application of knowledge practically for immediate contribution to a wide variety of business and profession within the parameters of Islam.
To prepare graduates to meet the challenges of ever shrinking world by: providing them knowledge of business discipline & their sensitivity to the environment, developing their academic and communicational skills and training them professionally. .

1: Knowledge of Business Discipline & Their Sensitivity:
 To produce graduates who are not only literate, articulate, and broadly educated in the business disciplines but also ethically and globally aware of the sensitivity of these disciplines to the economic, social, technological, legal and international environment in which business must operate.
2: Skill Development:
 To develop and foster the critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, quantitative, research and computer skills needed by graduates to successfully serve as leaders in business organizations and enable them to adapt to rapidly changing technology.
3: Professional Training:
 To equip graduates with an up to snuff training in the functional areas in accountancy, management, marketing, production, and finance of business operations to apply the business, environmental, social and legal problem-solving theories and concepts learned in the classroom to real situations and for preparing them for entrepreneurial and employment responsibilities and to be ready to adapt to diverse workplace environment.

 Objective 1. Knowledge of Business Discipline & Their Sensitivity:

  1. Assess different financial proposals to make rational financial decisions.
  2. To develop their own framework for analyzing and understanding management as well as exploring and developing their own personal philosophy of management.
  3. Establish an accounting system for new concern or handle the accounts of any ongoing concern.
  4.  Possess effective perception of corporate, legal and business affairs.
  5. Cognize business and economic environment.
  6.  Know and understand the country’s national development thrusts, concerns, and socio-economic indicators.
  7.  Encourage the study of specialized subjects.
  8. Conduct research independently on the topics assigned to them.
  9.  Escort feasibility study and other business research/plan.

  1. Apply quantitative and data analysis techniques.
  2. Convey ideas clearly both oral and written in English.
  3.  Use professional quality visual aids.
  4.  Prepare, analyze, and evaluate reports, proposals and concept papers.
  5. Apply the principles of different forms of communication.
  6.  Develop the ability to access, retrieve and disseminate information using IT.
  7. Understand the concepts and principles of good interpersonal relations

  1. Develop a wholesome personality.
  2. Participate actively in business associations and comply with their policies and obligations.
  3.  Demonstrate leadership qualities, civic-mindedness and responsible citizenship.
  4. Conduct environmental scanning.
  5. Demonstrate the values of fairness, transparency, accountability, hard work, honesty, patience, diligence, innovativeness and risk taking in diverse workplace environment.
  6. Communicate effectively, develop people, solve problems and make decisions, organize themselves and also be able to work in team.
